Tuesday, May 14                               8am – 12 midnight

Wednesday, May 15                         8am – 5 pm

Thursday, May 16                             Summer hours begin  (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm)

Many ECC users have pdf files which print abnormally slow.  Below is a solution to this slow printing problem:

1. Open the Print option and select “Advanced”.

2. Click on the box that says “Print As Image”.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!

General information:

• There are new computers, monitors, and printers.
• The number of dual-monitor computers has increased.
• All computers now have both Windows and Linux.
• Lab D is now primarily a drop-in lab, along with Labs A, F, with only occasional classes scheduled there.

Linux information:

• The Linux file server was upgraded, and quotas have been increased.
• SSH remote login into Linux now allows file transfer (scp/sftp)

ECC Hours:

Monday – Thursday        8 a.m. to midnight

Friday                                8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday                            CLOSED

Sunday                               Noon to midnight

The power is out at SEM again, so the ECC will be closed until further notice.

Edit: Power was restored around 11pm Sunday night.
