  • How do I access my Windows account remotely?
    Remote access is not allowed on Windows machines. You may, however, access your Linux account remotely. (See Linux FAQ for instructions on remote Linux access.)
  • How do I check my Print Quota?
    Look for the Check Printer Quota icon on the desktop, double click on it to get your quota.
  • How do I check my Disk Quota?
    Open “My Computer” (on your desktop) and hold your mouse over the Network Device that has your username as part of the name.
  • How do I check my ECC Email account?
    Look at the directions in the General FAQ.
  • How do I save a document as a PDF?
    To save a document as a PDF, select “CutePDF Writer” printer and specify a save location. (Note: Please be patient conversion may take some time to complete.)
